Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday during business hours. In-stock accessory and component orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
In-Store Pickup Only — eBikes
Due to size, weight, and safety considerations, all eBikes are available for In-Store Pickup Only. These items cannot be shipped.

Shippable Items
Select accessories and components are eligible for shipping within the continental U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders over $99 may qualify for free standard shipping (excluding oversized items and freight-restricted products).
Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
